My First Giveaway

I've been wanting to hold a little giveaway as a way to say 'thank you' to my blogging friends as well as for the giveaways that I have been fortunate to win myself. I'm starting out a bit small, but hopefully you'll like it! I'll send the winner a set of 6 of my door photo notecards (2 of each color), 5x7 inches on white art cards. Also included is a set of map notecards - the winner can tell me what location in the USA they would like cards of and I will do my best to find some maps in my stash to make the cards! (I used to sell these on my rather neglected little etsy shop.)

To enter, just leave a comment, perhaps leaving a brief travel memory (since we're looking at maps here!). To enter a second time, just mention/link it on your blog and leave another comment!

Deadline will be this Sunday at 12 midnight Central Time. Please leave a way I can contact you if you don't have a blog! I'll draw the winner by random number and will announce it next Monday morning.

Hi Kristina, lovely giveaway! I have wonderful travel memories of cycling around Zimbabwe on my own twelve years ago. Can't say I'd do it now, given the state that beautiful country is in.

These are beautiful! I love all of your craft ideas.

My favorite place to visit was Sienna in Italy. I loved the quaintness of the town and there was so much history. I loved all of Italy- Tuscany is incredible~!

Yay, your first giveaway! These are so beautiful!
I love to travel and I have a hard time to pick just one favorite travel moment. The most memorable probably was backpacking through India.

Oooh, I love the cards! So nice. Travel memories... too many, or, how can that be? Never too many! Crazy train rides in India, trekking in the rain in Thailand, silk-sand beaches and sunsets, mango shakes,, sweating like mad in Mexico with my kids, hours and days in the big brown station with my parents and siblings.....

Oh my - you all have much more exotic travel memories than I do! I think I'm doing good if I get past the Texas border...

travel memories. I have to travel a lot to visit family (they live far away) but what I remember most fondly at this point in my life was our yearly summer vacations as a family growing up. Next to that my favorite travel memories are the ones I make with my own family as we travel the state camping and hiking together.

Yay, a give away! Can I play even though I know you? (Aren't there usually rules and regulations against friends and family being the recipients of prizes? hee hee)

I remember going to L.A. with Esther of Inside My Shell. We did an Alternative Spring Break, working in the inner city. It was a really good experience and a nice time with a friend!!!

I'm brand new to your blog, and love those door cards. When I was in England, I was so intrigued by all the different colors and styles of front doors that people had.

What awesome cards...the doors and maps! Well, I remember one spur of the moment trip 10 years ago to Frankfurt, Germany...taking various trains to see different places...it was so much fun! Quite inexpensive too.
